摘　　要：医疗行业数据关系具有其复杂性和特殊性，这决定了数据库平台的正确选择在很大程度上影响和决定着医疗信息系统的最终性能。在分析国内医院信息系统现状的基础上，提出运用后关系型数据库Cache设计住院管理系统。通过对住院管理的需求进行分析，提炼出设计对象，用面向对象的方法进行数据库设计。同时，针对当前医院转科转床方面的界面操作问题，提出一种直接的鼠标拖动式界面设计方案。Medical data is always complex and specific, it hence is critical to choose an appropriate database platform for the performance of Hospital Information System. This paper explores the status of Hospital Information System in China, and proposes a modified Inpatient Management System based on Post-Relational Database Cache. We analyze the system requirements and choose the Object-Oriented method to design database platform. Furthermore, we propose a direct mouse-drag interface method to resolve the issue of inpatient transfer operation. As a result of application of the Post-Relational Database Cache, the Inpatient Management System is proved to be more efficient.
