摘　　要：化疗作为肿瘤主要的治疗手段之一，在医生工作站系统中尚未涉及。以门诊化疗业务实际情况为蓝本，设计了依托于HIS系统的门诊化疗系统解决方案。旨在方便医生门诊工作，对门诊病人的治疗过程进行全程记录，包括：每次的治疗方案、调整过程等信息，为日后输液治疗系统提供可能，同时也为临床科研提供数据基础。As one of the major methods for treatment of cancer, chemotherapy has not been involved in doctor workstation system yet. To take the actual situation of the out-patient chemotherapy as chief source, a solution to outpatient chemotherapeutic system relying on HIS is designed to facilitate out-patient work for doctors. It will record through the whole therapeutic process of the outpatients, including： treatment project and adjustment procedures information each time, available for succeeding transfusion treatment system as well as data foundation for clinical scientific research.
