摘 要:目的:观察白细胞减少患者边缘池的变化在诊断、鉴别诊断白细胞减少性疾病中的意义。方法:检测正常人和白细胞减少患者运动前后循环池白细胞数的变化。结果:受检女性与男性白细胞减少患者的比例为2.63∶1。白细胞减少者占68.6%,粒细胞减少者占31.4%,粒细胞缺乏症占受检患者组的0.82%,正常人运动后即刻白细胞升高数为(2.92±1.44)×109/L,白细胞减少者为(2.72±0.83)×109/L,粒细胞减少者为(1.57±0.96)×109/L,与前2者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:女性白细胞减少发生率明显高于男性,正常人白细胞减少患者运动后白细胞升高明显,而粒细胞减少患者增高则明显较弱,可以认为该检测对白细胞减少的诊断与鉴别诊断具有一定价值。Objective:To observe the clinical significance of leucocytic marginal pool changes in leukopenia patients in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of leukopenia. Method:The counts of white blood cell in marginal pool of health adults and leukopenia patients before and after sports were detected. Result: The ratio of male to female patients with leukopenia was 2. 63 to 1. In all leukopenia patients tested, 31.4% were granulocytopenia, 0. 82% were agranulocytosis, the white blood cell count of health adults elevated after sports was (2.92±1.44) )〈 10^9/L, leukopenia patients was (2.72 ± 0. 83) × 10^9/L,. and granulocytopenia patients was ( 1.57± 0. 96) × 10^9/L , which showed a very significant difference compared to health adults and leukopenia patients(〈0. 001). Conclusion:The incidence of leukopenia in female was obviously higher than that in male, granulocytopenia should be considered when the white blood cell count of leukopenia patients elevated after sports was lower than 1.50× 10^9 / L.
