摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道淋巴瘤的多层螺旋CT表现及诊断价值。方法回顾分析22例胃肠道淋巴瘤患者的多层螺旋CT扫描资料,运用多平面重建(MPR)进一步分析胃肠壁的厚度及周围淋巴结的情况,总结胃肠道淋巴瘤较典型的CT表现。结果胃肠道淋巴瘤大多表现为胃肠壁的弥漫性增厚及周围淋巴结增大;动脉瘤样扩张,周围淋巴结较大是较典型的CT表现。结论多层螺旋CT是诊断胃肠道淋巴瘤的有效方法。Objective To discuss the multi-slice CT （MSCT） manifestation and diagnostic value of gastrointestinal lymphoma. Methods The MSCT data of 22 cases with gastrointestinal lymphoma were retrospectively reviewed, performed Multiplanar reconstruction（MPR） make further analysis of thickness of lesion and the increased peripheral lymph node, summed up the typical CT manifestation t of gastrointestinal lymphoma. Results Lymphadenopathy was found and gastrointestinal wall was diffusely thickened in the most of gastrointestinal lymphoma; Aueurysmal dilatation and The surrounding lymph nodes larger were the characteristic sign of ileum lymphoma. Conclusion MSCT is a useful method to diagnose gastrointestinal lymphoma.
