摘 要:目的:观察单色新型发光二极管光照(蓝光)对健康人昼夜节律的影响,同时评价其安全性。方法:实验于2007—10/2008-10在北京大学第三医院神经科临床试验病房完成。健康志愿者9人分为对照组3人,蓝光照射组6人。蓝光照射组于清晨6:00-8:00接受波长470nm,强度65μW/cm^2的蓝色光疗镜2h,共2d:对照组以同枰的方式佩戴黑色太阳镜。观察两组受试者夜间褪黑素分泌曲线的变化:受试前后检测眼底、体温、血压、心率、血皮质醇及甲状腺素等指标。结果:在对照组第3,4天,3条褪黑素分泌曲线基本重合,没有明显的提前或延迟。在蓝光照射组第3,4天褪黑素分泌曲线较基线有明显的前移。第3灭即光照后第1天较基线前移约36min,第4天较基线前移约47min,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义,P值分别为0.0040和0.0194。第3天和第4天比较差异无显著性意义(P=0.1098)。所有受试者光照前后眼底未见异常,体温、血压、心率及血皮质醇及甲状腺激素无明显变化,无不适症状。结论:新型发光二极管蓝色光源,波长470nm,强度65μW/cm^2对健康受试者生物节律的影响是有效的而且是安全的。OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of single-color LED light (blue) on the health of human circadian rhythm and to evaluate its safety. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the Clinical Experimental Ward of Department of Neurology, Peking University Third Hospital between October 2007 and October 2008. A total of 9 volunteers were divided into control group (n=3) and light group (n=6). The light group was subjected to blue light therapy at 6:00-8:00 in the early morning with wavelength 470 nm, at intensity of 65 μW/cm^2 for 2 hours, for consecutive 2 days; the control group wear the same way black sunglasses. The changes in melatonin secretion curve of two groups were observed at night. In addition, the eyeground, body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood corticosteroid and thyroxine were detected. RESULTS: On days 3 and 4, three basic coincidence of melatonin secretion curve was observed in the control group, with no obvious advance or delay. Light in the light group, the melatonin secretion curve on days 3 and 4 significantly shifted forward from the baseline. On day 3, i.e. one day after light, the curve moved forward 36 minutes than the baseline, the curve of day 4 moved forward 47 minutes than the baseline compared with control group (P=0.004 0, 0.019 4). No significant difference was found between days 3 and 4 (P=0.109 8). No abnormity in eyeground or obvious changes in body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood corticosteroid or thyroxine were found. CONCLUSION: LED blue light source, at 470 nm wavelength, 65 μW/cm^2 intensity, is effective and safe for the biological rhythm of healthy volunteers.
