摘  要:血管内皮细胞与血栓的形成密切相关,在冠状动脉支架置入后急性血管闭塞的发生过程发挥重要作用。冠状动脉支架作为一种异体物质,置入体内可影响血管内皮细胞的结构功能,进而导致急性血管闭塞并发症的发生。目前许多处理方法在不同程度上可改善支架的生物相容性而减少其对血管内皮细胞的刺激,而生物可降解支架已经成为目前关注和研究的焦点,且可能是未来支架的发展方向。The formation of thrombus is closely related to vascular endothelial cells, and plays an important role in the course of the acute vascular occlusion occurring after the implantation of coronary stent. Coronary stent implantation, being as an allograft material in vivo, may affect the structure of vascular endothelial function, and lead to the acute complications of vascular occlusion. At present, there are many treatment methods which can improve the biocompatibility of stents in varying degrees, and can reduce its stimulation of vascular endothelial cells. Biodegradable stent has become the focus of attention and research, and may support the future direction of stent's development.
