摘　　要：描述了车身车间焊接质量的重要性,对目前国内车身所采取的焊接方式及相关设备进行了详细的说明,并结合焊接生产线的特点,阐述了对焊钳的一些改进措施,最后总结了焊钳的一些改进方向并展望了焊接工艺的发展方向。This article describes the importance of the quality of welding in body shop, takes a detailed explanation of the welding and associated equipment in current domestic body shop, and combined with the characteristics of welding production line in W companies, it describes some improvement measures to the welding clap, at last it summarized some directions of welding clap improvement and have a prospect of the future direction of welding technology development.
