摘  要:本文提出了一种新型硅胶-水吸附制冷机的系统设计,并利用一维瞬态分布参数模型对该吸附机进行数值研究。结果表明:系统的最佳解吸/吸附时间、类回质时间和回热时间分别为600 s,40 s和20 s。系统的循环吸附量随类回质时间增加而增大,但是当类回质时间大于40 s,系统的制冷量和COP增加量都比较小。当热水、冷却水和冷冻水入口温度分别为85℃,30℃和15℃时,系统的制冷量和COP分别为9.66 kW和0.54,相对于基本循环分别提高了11.5%和58.8%。A novel silica gel-water adsorption chiller was proposed and numerically studied based on a transient one dimensional distributed-parameter model. The results show that the optimal times for adsorption/desorption, mass recovery-like and heat recovery are 600, 40 and 20 s respectively. The cyclic mass of water vapor rises with the increase power and COP are increased slightly when the of mass recovery-like time. However, the cooling mass recovery-like time is larger than 40 s. The cooling power and COP are 9.66 kW and 0.54 respectively when the inlet temperatures for hot water, cooling water and chilled water are 85, 30 and 15℃ respectively. The cooling power and COP are increased by 11.5% and 58.8% respectively compared to the basic cycle.
