摘  要:基于TGA-FTIR联用技术,研究一种高灰分、低热值城市生活垃圾与秸秆(棉秆及玉米秆)在不同质量配比下混合热解过程中气态硫和氯的析出特性。结果表明:城市生活垃圾掺加秸秆后,促进垃圾的热解,CH_4及有机物析出增加;随着秸秆掺加比例提高,H_2S及SO_2的析出量增加,HCl起始析出温度有所降低,但析出量减小。试验结果为城市生活垃圾及秸秆的综合利用提供理论依据。Gaseous sulfur and chlorine emission performance during co-pyrolysis of stalk (cotton stalk or corn stalk) and municipal solid waste (MSW) with high ash content and low calorific value at different mass proportions was studied with a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) coupled with a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The results show that the addition of cotton stalk or corn stalk promotes pyrolysis of the mixtures and yields of CHa and organic matter. As stalk share increases, emissions of H2S and SO2increase, the starting releasing temperature of HC1 decreases relatively, and HC1 formation is suppressed. The experimental results provide theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of MSW and agricultural stalks.
