摘 要:分析影响互联电网频率特性的关键因素及各地区电网的频率差异性,指出传统的基于同一频率假设的电网频率安全分析及低频减载整定方法的局限性。互联电网的低频减载方案应能同时满足全网频率安全与地区电网孤岛运行时频率安全的要求。提出了既满足全网频率特性要求又适应各地区频率特性要求的低频减载优化方法,基于地区频率特性整定出容易发生解列的地区电网的低频减载方案,以此调整传统的全网统一方案中相应地区电网的低频减载方案。以西电东送背景下的广东电网为例,按所提方法进行优化的低频减载新方案与原有方案进行了比较分析,结果表明了方法的正确性与有效性。The analysis of the key factors which influence interconnected power system frequency characteristic and the frequency difference among the regional networks were dealt with in this paper. The uniform frequency hypothesis, which is the basis of the conventional power system frequency security analysis and under frequency load shedding setting, will encounter problems because of the frequency difference in the interconnected power system. The under frequency load shedding scheme should meet the frequency security requirements of the whole network and regional networks while they are islauded from the interconnected power system. To meet the requirements, an optimization method of under frequency load shedding was proposed, with considering the frequency characteristic difference of regional networks. The proposed method can not only deal with whole network frequency characteristic requirement but also meet regional networks frequency characteristic demand. Taking Guangdong power system as an example, the comparison analysis between the new scheme based on the proposed method and the existing, scheme was oerformed, the results were satisfactory and the validity of the prooosed method was confirmed.
