摘 要:针对基于单条线路的行波保护不能满足电网运行要求问题,提出了一种利用电网中初始行波到达时间来实现保护的保护方法。该方法通过找出行波传输最短路径,记录最短路径中相邻变电站初始行波到达时间,判断和匹配有效行波到达时间,剔除无效时间,利用有效初始行波到达时间来判断故障线路。该保护方法综合利用了初始行波到达各变电站的时间信息,在某一继电器时间记录错误时仍能可靠动作。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该保护方法动作快、可靠性高,是一种简单有效的电网保护方法。In order to solve the problem that traveling wave protection based on single transmission line can't meet the need of power grid operation, a method using arrival time of initial traveling wave in the grid to realize protection was presented. By searching the shortest path of traveling wave, recording the initial arrival time of traveling wave at the adjacent substation which pass the shortest path, estimating and matching the effective time, and removing the ineffective time, the method uses the effective time to judge the fault line. All the arrival times are utilized in the method, when the time is wrongly recorded in some relays, the protection system still can operate reliably. Theory analysis and simulation results show that the principle of the protection method is quick and with high reliability, it is a simple but effective protection method.
