摘 要:以冈村枝管藻(Cladosiphon okamuranus Tokida)为实验材料,研究了培养基中氮、磷和维生素对冈村枝管藻盘状体生长的影响。并应用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果显示,在NH4NO3为氮源时,盘状体直径增长较快,氪浓度最适范围在0.3~0.6mmol/L之间。在不同磷浓度条件下,盘状体保持大致相同的生长状态。不同浓度培养基时盘状体直径增长快慢各不相同,其中在1/2Provasoli培养基时,盘状体生长最快。维生素B1、维生素B12。和生物素对盘状体的生长有一定的促进作用。The brown alga Cladosiphon okarnuranus Tokida which was an economically important species and is cultivated along the coasts of Japan's southwestern islands was studied in this paper. The effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and vitamins on the growth of C. okamuranus disc were investigated. Measuring the diameter of C. okamuranus disc everyday, the measurement results was analyzed by SPSS13.0. The investigation showed that C. okamuranus could get the better growth rate when NH4NO3was used as a nitrogen resource, the apt range of nitrogen resource was from 0.3 mmol/L to 0.6 mmol/L, in case of different concentrations of phosphorus, with 1/2Provasoli medium. VitaminB1, VitaminB12 and Biotin could increase the growth rate when increased to some content.
