闽、浙、粤体育用品产业创新能力的评价与分析

摘　　要：运用创新经济学理论,采用文献资料研究、实证调查、数理统计、模糊数学分析等方法,对闽、浙、粤体育用品产业创新能力予以评价和分析。研究表明,产业创新能力是产业在进行创新过程中形成的一种综合能力;科学性、系统性、全面性、客观性是综合评价闽、浙、粤体育用品产业创新能力指标体系的基本要求,而模糊综合评价是对其做出全面评价的一种十分有效的多因素决策方法。闽、浙、粤体育用品产业创新综合能力以浙江省为最强,其次是福建省和广东省;体育器材类行业广东省最强,浙江省次之,福建省则较弱;运动服装类行业以浙江省为最强,其次为广东省,福建省则较弱;运动鞋类行业则以福建省为最强,其次为浙江省,广东省则较弱。创新意识较弱,人才、技术、资金等实力不足,融资难、税赋重,政府直接支持少、市场风险大、短期效益至上等因素是影响闽、浙、粤体育用品产业创新能力的主要原因。By using the innovative economic theory and through the methods of literature review, empirical investigation, mathematical statistics and vague mathematical analysis, this paper elevated and analyzed the innovation capability of sporting goods industry of Fujian, Zhejiang and Guangdong province. The result shows that the capacity of industrial innovation is a kind of comprehensive capacity which comes from the process of industries innovation. Science, system, comprehensive, objectivity is basic requirement of index system about comprehensive evaluation innovation capacity of sporting goods industry in Fujian, Zhejiang and Guangdong province. Moreover, the vague comprehensive evaluation is a very effective method to evaluate sporting goods industry comprehensively. When it comes to the innovation capacity of sporting goods industry among the three provinces, Zhejiang is strongest and followed by Fujian and Guangdong; with respect to sports equipments, the best one is Guangdong, then Zhejiang and Fujian; about sports clothing industry, the Zhejiang first, Guangdong second and Fujian the last one. The sports footwear industry, Fujian is better than that of other two provinces, followed by Zhejiang and Guangdong. The main aspects to weaken innovation capacity of sporting goods industry in the three provinces are weak sense of innovation, talent, technology, lacking of financing, heavy taxes, less government-direct-support, market risk and being pay too much at tention to short-term benefits.
