摘　　要：介绍了数据通信网、NGN软交换网的现状,阐述了NGN软交换网的语音业务路由原则和NGN软交换电话号码编号,提出NGN软交换网与电力行政网路由运行方式的设计方案,并详细分析了如何在双网并存的情况下,实现NGN软交换网与电力行政网的路由运行。This paper introduces the current situation of the data communication network and NGN softswitch network, describes the principle of voice routing and the telephone numbering of NGN softswitch network, and discusses the design of routing operation mode of NGN sofiswitch network and power administration network. The realization of routing operation mode between NGN softswiteh network and power administration network is also analysed in the paper.
