摘 要:目的评价彩色多普勒超声及超声造影技术在犬肝动脉闭塞性病变诊断中的应用价值。 方法健康成年犬6只,外科手术方法制作犬肝动脉狭窄闭塞模型,狭窄程度分为正常、≤50%、〉50%、闭塞。造影剂SonoVue,造影技术采用低机械指数谐波技术。 结果显示清晰的犬肝动脉由造影前45.8%(11/24)提高到造影后95.8%(23/24)。犬肝动脉平均显影时间为(12.1±2.6)s,达峰值时间(15.7±3.9)s,观察时间1~2min,短于彩超所需的10~15min。判断犬肝动脉狭窄闭塞病变,彩超与建模相关系数0.516,超声造影与建模相关系数0.947。 结论超声造影能提高对犬肝动脉显示并且准确诊断犬肝动脉狭窄程度,优于彩超。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)to occlusive disease of dogs’ hepatic artery(HA).Methods Six dogs were operated to make stenotic models at HA.Four models were made in each dog including normal,the stenoses grade of ≤50%,〉50% and 100%.Contrast agent was SonoVue and low mechanical index harmonic contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was performed.Results Hepatic artery visualization was improved from 45.8%(11/24)to 95.8%(23/24)after contrast agent injected.Mean contrast material arrival time and peak time of hepatic artery were (12.1±2.6)s and (15.7±3.9)s respectively.The time needed for technologist to identify HA was (1~2)min for CEUS,shorter than the (10~15)min needed by CDFI.In diagnosis of occlusive disease in dogs' HA,the correlations of CDFI and CEUS relative to the models were 0.516 and 0.947 respectively.Conclusions CEUS can improve hepatic artery visualization and can assess the degree of stenoses accurately,which is superior to CDFI.
