摘  要:目的应用二尖瓣环自动追踪技术测量冠心病患者左心室心尖摆动,借此评价舒张功能减低对冠心病患者左室心尖摆动的影响。 方法舒张功能减低冠心病患者47例,健康志愿者30例。以二尖瓣环Ea/Aa〈1确定冠心病患者舒张功能减低,取心尖四腔心,应用二尖瓣环自动追踪技术模式测量心尖角度改变最大值、最小值及角度差。采用成组t检验比较冠心病患者与正常组有无差异。 结果舒张功能减低冠心病患者心尖角度最大值及角度差较正常组增加。 结论二尖瓣环自动追踪技术可以敏感发现舒张功能异常对冠心病患者心尖运动的影响,为评价左室运动异常提供了一种新的简便方法。Objective The aim of this study was to examine the clinical application of automated mitral annular tracking to assess the ventricular apex movement effected by left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 47 patients with weakening diastolic function and 30 healthy controls were studied.Apex-max angle,Apex-min angle and minor to Apex-max angle and Apex-min angle were detected by automated mitral annular tracking.The standard of the selected patients with coronary heart disease depended on whether Ea/Aa〈1.Student's t-test was used for analysis of differences between the patient group and the control group.Results Apex-max angle and minor to Apex-max angle and Apex-min angle increased in patients with abnormal diastolic function coronary heart disease compared with normal subjects.Conclusions Automated mitral annular tracking can detect ventricular apex movement effected by left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.
