摘  要:海洋平台管节点的疲劳寿命预测通常采用S-N曲线方法,其中应力幅S的大小需由应力集中系数这个参数来确定。该文通过对大型完全叠接K节点试件在轴向载荷作用下应力集中系数的试验研究,得到了轴向载荷作用下完全叠接K节点焊缝周围的应力集中系数分布和应力集中系数极值点位置,从疲劳的角度证实了完全叠接管节点形式有利于主管的安全。The most commonly used method to predict the fatigue life of tubular joints in offshore engineering is S-N curve method, in which the hot spot stress (HSS) range along the weld toe is obtained by referring to the parameter named stress concentration factor (SCF). In this study, a large completely overlapped K-joint specimen under axial load has been tested. The SCF distribution along the weld toes and the peak stress locations of the completely overlapped K-joint subjected to axial load were obtained. It is also approved that a completely overlapped joint is an effective joint type in protecting the chord from fatigue fracture.
