摘 要:研究哈茨木霉TH-1处理土壤对辣椒的促生长作用及其机制。结果表明,含哈茨木霉TH-1的处理中,辣椒的长势明显优于未含哈茨木霉TH-1处理;相对不含哈茨木霉TH-1的处理来说,含哈茨木霉TH-1的处理中辣椒的鲜重及叶绿素的含量均显著增加,增加幅度均在22.26%以上;辣椒叶片的硝酸还原酶活性也显著提高,提高幅度高达68.12%;含哈茨木霉TH-1的未灭菌土中辣椒的长势明显优于含哈茨木霉TH-1灭菌土壤中的辣椒的长势。同时,相对含哈茨木霉TH-1灭菌土,含哈茨木霉TH-1的未灭菌土中辣椒的鲜重、叶绿素的含量及硝酸还原酶的活性显著提高,分别增加了18.42%、15.9%和26.28%。土壤中施加哈茨木霉TH-1后,放线菌、乳酸杆菌和光合细菌数量分别增加64.71%、77.27%和58.62%,酵母的数量降低了52.94%。The growth-promoting effects of soil treatment with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 on capsicum and their mechanisms were investigated in this paper. The results show that capsicum grows much better in the soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 than in the soil without treatment. Compared with those without Trichoderma harzianum TH-1, the fresh weight of capsicum and the content of chlorophyll increase significantly with the average increase over 22.26%, and the nitrate-reductase activity in the capsicum leaves in soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 increases by 68.12%. Capsicum grows much better in the unsterilized soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 than in the sterilized soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1. Compared with the capsicum in sterilized soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1, the fresh weight of capsicum and the chlorophyll content and the ni- trate-reducase-activity in capsicum leaves in the unsterilized soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 increases obviously by 18.42%, 15.9% and 26. 28%, respectively. The amount of Actinomycete, Lactobacillus and photosynthetic bacteria in soil with Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 increase by 64. 71% ,77.27% and 58.62%, respectively, while the amount of yeast decreases by 52. 62%.
