黄淮山羊FSHβ基因第2外显子SSCP多态性研究

摘　　要：采用PCR-SSCP技术检测分析黄淮山羊FSHβ(follicle-stimulating hormoneβ)基因第2外显子多态性。结果显示,黄淮山羊FSHβ基因有AA、AB和AC3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.8514、0.1216和0.0270;AB型与AA型相比在47bp和147bp两处发生C→T突变,AC型与AA型相比在147bp和156bp两处分别发生C→T和G→A突变。The polymorphism of exon 2 of FSHβ gene was studied by PCR-SSCP method in Huanghuai goat. The results showed that AA, AB and AC genotypes were detected in Huanghuai goats, and frequencies of them were 0. 851 4,0. 121 6 and 0. 027 0,respectively. Sequencing revealed C→T mutations at 47 bp and 147 bp in the AB genotype in comparison to the AA genotype, and C→T mutation at 147 bp and G→A mutation at 156 bp in the AC genotype in comparison to the AA genotype.
