摘  要:通过盆栽试验,研究土壤Cd污染对辣椒生长的影响与不同施肥组合的调控作用。结果表明,外源Cd污染土壤后,辣椒根重、茎杆叶片生物量降幅达到显著水平;辣椒果实产量呈减产趋势,但降低效应受其他因素的影响。Cd污染辣椒植株Cd含量显著提高,Cd含量增幅大小为果实>根系>茎杆。在Cd含量较高的土壤上,使用鸡粪可显著提高辣椒地上部分、根生物量和果实产量,降低在植物体内的Cd含量20%~50%。在Cd污染的土壤上,使用无机改良剂可提高辣椒地上部分、根生物量和果实产量,降低植物体内Cd含量23%~33%。辣椒根、茎干叶片和果实Cd含量与土壤可交换态Cd、碳酸盐态Cd、铁锰氧化物态Cd呈正相关性,与有机态Cd、残渣态Cd相关性不显著。Cd污染明显增加土壤可交换态、碳酸盐态和残渣态Cd含量。施用鸡粪降低土壤可交换态Cd含量,明显提高有机态和残渣态Cd含量。无机改良剂降低土壤铁锰氧化态、有机态和残渣态Cd含量,增加土壤可交换态和碳酸盐态Cd含量。In order to study the effects of Cd pollution on pepper growth and control responses of different fertilizations, pot experiment was carried out. The results showed that after Cd pollution, the biomass of root, stems and leaves decreased significantly, and the reduction trends of fruit yields were also influenced by other factors. The Cd pollution increased remarkably the Cd content of pepper plants with the range of fruits 〉 roots 〉 stems. In high Cd soils, chicken manure not only increased the biomass of root and stems as well as fruit yields significantly, but decreased the Cd contents by 20% - 50%. In Cd polluted soils, inorganic additives increased biomass of aboveground part, root and the fruit yields, decreased the plant Cd contents by 23% -33%. The Cd content of pepper root, stem and fruit were positively correlated with soil exchangeable, carbonate bound and Fe-Mn oxide bound Cd, insignificantly with organic bound and residual Cd. Cd pollution obviously increased soil exchangeable, carbonate bound and residual Cd. Application of chicken manure decreased the content of soil exchangeable Cd and increased organic bound and residual Cd content in high Cd soils while inorganic additives decreased the Fe-Mn oxide bound, organic bound and residual Cd content and increased soil exchangeable and carbonate bound Cd content in Cd polluted soils.
