摘　　要：针对数字化资源的信息网络传播权问题、数字化资源建设时的复制问题,分析了图书馆对著作权的错误认识,并提出图书馆著作权保护的原则、基本措施以及明确哪些作品可以确认为本馆自有知识产权的作品。In the light of the problem of the information network communication fights of digital resources and the copy issue in the construction of digital resources, this paper analyzes library＇ s wrong understanding of the copyright, and puts forward some principles and basic measures of protecting the copyright by the library, and makes clear what works can be confirmed as the ones of the independent intellectual property rights of the library.
