摘　　要：系统分析了中小型图书馆数字信息资源建设的影响因素,探讨中小型图书馆建设数字信息资源过程中应采取的策略。This paper conducts systematic analysis on the influencing factors of information resource building in medium and small-scale libraries and discusses measures that should be taken by medium and small-scale libraries in the process of building digital information resources.
