摘　　要：阐述了党的十七大精神给县级图书馆的发展带来的福音,探讨了县级公共图书馆应如何把握机遇,推动县图书馆事业跨越式发展,落实十七大精神。This paper expounds the development of county public library encouraged by the Spirit of the 17th NCCPC, and discusses how to grasp the opportunity to promote the leaping development of county public library and implements the spirit of the 17th NCCPC.
