摘　　要：在调查统计的基础上,分析了我国东、西部23个省(市、自治区)的23家律师事务所面向企业提供信息服务的现状及存在的问题,并由此提出了完善我国律师事务所面向企业进行信息服务的建议。Based on the investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of and problems in information service for enterprise from 23 law firms in 23 provinces of China, and advances some suggestions on perfecting the information service of law firm for enterprise.
