摘　　要：在叙述遵义市中心城区公共图书馆事业网构想的基础上,援引东莞市总分馆制为范例,从公共图书馆规划和布局中应遵循的原则角度论证了城市中心城区公共图书馆总分馆制模式的可仿效性。Based on expounding the idea about public library network in the central city of Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and quoting the main-branch library system in Dongguan City as an example, this paper discusses the emulable features of the main-branch library system of public library in the central city from the angles of the principles that should be followed in the planning and layout of the public library.
