摘　　要：通过对中美两国的国家网络信息政策环境、国家网络信息政策目标及国家网络信息政策特点等方面的比较,提出了完善我国网络信息政策的建议。Through comparing the environments, targets and features of the national network information policy of China and America, this paper advances some suggestions on perfecting Chinese network information policy.
