摘  要:不同化合态氮浓度对大豆根瘤菌结瘤和固氮作用的影响*刘莉周俊初陈华癸(农业部农业微生物重点实验室,华中农业大学,武汉430070)TheEfectofDiferentCompoundNitrogenConcentrationontheNodulatio...A comparative study was conducted on the effect of different concentrations of NH 4NO 3, KNO 3 and (NH 4) 2SO 4 on the symbiosis between soybean and rhizobium strains of HN32, HN01, 12 2 and 9 1 9 under sand culture and pot experiment. It was found that the symbiosis was completely inhibited by 10mmol/L of NH 4NO 3 or (NH 4) 2SO 4 which was named as zero nodulation concentration. But low levels (0.5 ̄1.0mmol/L) of combined nitrogen improved their nitrogen fixation efficiency. The mechanism revealed by specially designed micro root box equipment was that high levels of combined nitrogen inhibited root hair infection by blocking the symbiosis at the early stage. Their inhibitory effects ranked (NH 4) 2SO 4>NH 4NO 3>KNO 3.
