摘　　要：介绍了大批量、高精度要求的透明壳盖产品的热流道注塑模设计,详述了该热流道注塑模具的设计思路、总体结构和工作原理。根据产品结构,在模具上设计了X型4点进料的热流道系统、精度定位机构、推管推杆脱模机构及循环冷却系统。模具结构精密紧凑,能有效地节约原料,提高产品质量,易于自动化生产。According to require of the high production and precision, the hot runner injection mold for transparent shell-like box has been designed rationally. The mold design considering, whole mold structure and molding principle has been described. By the analysis of the part structure, the x-type 4 drops hot runner system, precision locating framework, ejection system with bushing and piUar, and circular cooling system have been adopted in this mold. The mold is exact and compact, which can efficiently save material, improve the part quality and work automatically.
