摘　　要：随着政府信息化的不断发展,越来越多的发展误区和规划空白不断涌现,建立健全有效的电子政务绩效评估体系刻不容缓。电子政务自身的绩效已成为政府绩效的重要组成部分,电子政务绩效体现在多方面,比如政务应用的成效、信息资源规模和利用率、公众的满意度、节约和降低的行政成本等,两者之比越大则电子政务绩效越高。技术先进的电子政务可能并不是好的电子政务,只有在经济上合理、业务上可行的低成本的电子政务才是好的电子政务。绩效评估是纠正过去电子政务建设过程中存在的诸如偏重投资、轻视应用、资源浪费的有效手段。Based on e-government in the reform process and improve government performance in the show that the various advan- tages,E-government is increasingly becoming a modern government is the main mode operation,Become a better achieve their man- agement and service functions of the important means.In a large-scale investment and construction after,E-government can truly achieve the desired results have become all countries,governments at all levels must be issues of concern.It can be said that e- government＇s own performance has become part of the performance of an important component of the,The e-government performance assessment of the performance evaluation has become an indispensable part,We can even say that,the e-government performance assessment to measure the performance has become the most direct means to this end,To an objective,comprehensive,just reflect,to assess government performance, Must correctly assess the performance of e-goverument.This shows that ,the e-goverument assessment of the performance is of utmost importance to the theoretical and practical significance.
