摘　　要：行政救济制度的存在,就是要给予公民及时有效的救济。提高行政救济的实效性,要从拓宽救济渠道,完善救济程序,扩大救济范围,增强救济力度等多方面入手。The aim of drawing up the administrive remedy system is to render timely and effective relief to citizen.In order to improve the actual effect of the administrive remedy system,the following means,such as opening up channals of remedy,perfecting procedure of remedy,broadening scope of remedy and strengthening dynamics of remedy,should be adopted.
