摘　　要：目的验证镁钙维C片治疗氟骨症的确切效果。方法采用非住院方式对符合氟骨症临床症状的患者进行3个月(1个疗程)的上门送药治疗,主要考察治疗前后自觉症状改善情况。结果治疗组自觉症状好转总有效率达70%以上,其中34.8%的患者自觉症状完全消失。结论镁钙维C片在燃煤污染型氟病区治疗临床氟骨症是有效的。Objective To confirm the therapeutical effectiveness of Compound Serpentine Tablets to cure skeletal fluorosis. Methods Approach of non - hospitalization was adopted. Delivering medicine to the skeletal fluorosis patients＇home to treat three months. The circumstance of patients＂ rational symptoms was observed after taking the drug and compared with that before treatment. Results The rate of effective treatment over 70%. The rational symptoms have changed after skeletal fluorosis patients taking Compound Serpentine Tablets and 34.8% of patients＇rational symptoms have been disappeared exactly. Conclu- sions This result shows that Compound Serpentine Tablets is an effective medicine to cure skeletal fluorosis in coal - polluted area.
