微波治疗子宫颈糜烂临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波组织凝固应用于治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法本文对172例来广东省第二工人医院门诊诊治的子宫颈糜烂患者,按糜烂程度分为中度(Ⅱ°)、重度(Ⅲ°)两组,用微波进行治疗,通过定期随访观察疗效。结果中度(Ⅱ°)组一次治愈率98.21%,重度(Ⅲ°)组一次治愈率93.33%,总一次治愈率96.51%,有效率100.00%。结论微波组织凝固技术治疗子宫颈糜烂一次治愈率高,术中止血效果好,操作简单,有实用价值。Objective To observe the microwave coagulation applied in treatment group of cervical ectropio effect. Methods Based on to our clinic diagnosis 172 cases of patients with cervical ectropio, according to the degree of ectropio into moderate （Ⅱ°）, severe （Ⅲ°） two groups, treated by microwave, and through regular follow-up curative effect.Results Moderate （ Ⅱ°） group 98.21% cure time, severe （Ⅲ°） group once a cure 93.33%, always once a cure 96.51%, efficient 100%. Conclusion Microwave coagulation treatment of cervical ectropio organization technology, high rate of once bleeding effect is good, simple operation, and has practical value.
