针药并用治疗2型糖尿病高血压及对血浆神经肽Y的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗2型糖尿病高血压及对血浆神经肽Y(NPY)的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病高血压患者按入院顺序,随机分为两组,针刺加药物组(治疗组)30例与药物组(对照组)30例,于治疗1个疗程(15d)后观察两组患者治疗前后血压及其血浆NPY含量的变化。结果两组患者治疗后其血压和血浆NPY含量均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针药并用对2型糖尿病高血压患者具有明显的降低血压效果和降低血浆NPY含量的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of the combined use of acupuncture and medicine on hypertension and plasma neuropeptide Y （NPY） in type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension were allocated,in order of visits,to two groups,an acupuncture plus medication （treatment） group of 30 cases and a medication （control） group of 30 cases. Changes in blood pressure and plasma NPY content were examined in the two groups of patients after one course of treatment （15 days）. Results Both blood pressure and plasma NPY content decreased significantly in the two groups of patients after treatment （P 〈0.01）. The effects were better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and medicine has a marked reducing effect on blood pressure and plasma NPY content in type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension.
