督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法临床筛选肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎30例,予督灸治疗,每月治疗1次,治疗3个月后分别观察治疗前后疲劳症状、体征积分、实验室指标的变化。结果治疗后患者的疲劳症状积分和疼痛、僵硬的症状积分均明显下降,附丽点指数积分、指地距积分、4字征积分均下降(P<0.05),血沉、C反应蛋白均有不同程度下降(P<0.05)。结论督灸在改善强直性脊柱炎患者的疲劳症状、主要体征、主要实验室指标方面疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of governor vessel moxibustion in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Thirty patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney yang deficiency type were selected and treated by governor vessel moxibustion monthly. The fatigue symptom and sign score was counted and the experimental indices were examined before and after 3 months of treatment. Results The fatigue symptom score,the pain score and the ankylosis score decreased obviously,the enthesis score,the finger-to-floor distance score and the 4-shaped leg sign score deceased （P〈0.05）,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein decreased in different degrees （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Governor vessel moxibustion has a satisfactory improving effect on fatigue symptoms,major signs and major experimental indices in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis patients.
