摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合方法,制备了适用于PET基材上镀铝层向纸品完全转移复合的水性乳液胶粘剂。考查了软硬单体比例、乳化剂、中和剂等因素对聚合反应及乳液性能的影响,确定了最佳的乳液制备工艺条件。研究结果表明,在软硬单体比例为1.6∶1~2.4∶1、阴/非离子型复合乳化剂用量为混合单体质量的1.3%~2%的条件下,所制备的乳液胶粘剂性能优良。A kind of emulsion adhesive for transferable PET-aluminum coating laminating on paper was prepared by using seeded emulsion polymerization. The effects of Tg, emulsifiers and neutralization of acrylic acid on polymerization were investigated and the optimal formulation was determined. It was found that the emulsion with excellent performance could be obtained when the soft / hard monomer weight ratio was between 1.6 : 1 and 2.4 : 1, and mass fraction of anion and non-ion complex emulsifier were between 1.3% and 2% by weight of mixed
