摘 要:讨论了结构为ITO/2T-NATA/CzHQZn/TPBi/LiF/Al的有机电致黄光器件。该器件中CzHQZn层既是空穴传输层,又是黄光发射层。在保证2T-NATA,TPBi和LiF的厚度分别为20,35和0.5 nm下,当CzHQZn的厚度为20 nm时器件的性能较好。在电压为8 V时,其最大亮度为2 968 cd/m2,在电压为7 V时效率也达到最大,为0.50 cd/A。效率和亮度几乎是同步达到最大的。该器件的启亮电压比较低,在电压为3 V时亮度为12 cd/m2。其色坐标在(0.51,0.47)和(0.48,0.49)的范围内,属于黄光器件。Yellow organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with CzHQZn as holetransporting and emitting layers were discussed. Its structure is ITO/4,4',4"-{N,-(2-naphthyl)- N-phenylamino }-triphenylamine [- 2T-NATA ]/( E )-2-( 2-( 9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl ) vinyl ) quinolato-Zinc[CzHQZn]/ 2, 2', 2"-(1,3,5-phenylene) tris ( 1-phenyl-1 H-benzimidazole-[TPBi]/ LiF/Al. When the thicknesses of 2T-NATA.TPBi.LiF were made to be 20 nm, 35 nm, and 0.5 respectively, the best performance of the device is obtained when the thickness of CzHQZn is 20 nm. The maximum brightness of 2 968 cd/m2 was obtained at 8 V while the maximum luminous efficiency of 0.50 cd/A was obtained at 7 V. The device showed its low driving voltage and the luminance was 12 cd/m^2 at 3 V. The Commission International de L'Eclairage coordinates of this device changed between(0.51,0.47) and (0.48,0.49), which belong to yellow devices.
