摘  要:为了满足光电探测靶在室内大靶面测量的需要,提出了采用特定波长发光二极管设计符合要求的线光源。根据光电探测靶光电探测特点,分析了影响探测灵敏度的因素与光电探测接收器的光谱特性,提出了采用波长为680 nm的红外发光二极管设计的大靶面线光源;分析了探测幕厚与弹丸弹长、探测器输出信号的关系;根据发光管的辐射光能、输出亮度及参数设计了线光源,并分析了光源设计原理。通过实验证明,所设计的线光源满足要求,提高了光电探测靶探测灵敏度,探测距离高达2 000倍弹径,作用视场约800,且光源功耗小,工作稳定。In order to realize indooor measurment with a wide field of view, a line light source was designed by making use of the characteristics of indoor photoelectric detection target. Its detection performance, the function of light source and the relation of slit and screen thickness were analyzed. The infrared LED with the wavelength of 680 nm was selected to design the arc line light source and the design principles were analyzed. It is proved that the line light source with a high stablility can improve the detection sensitivity of photoelectric detection target, the detection distance is 2 000 multiple of the projectile, the detection field of view is 82°, and its power consumption is small.
