摘  要:目的:探索即刻种植骨界面骨性结合的实验动物模型的建立方法。方法:将6只beagle犬麻醉后无创拔除第3、4前磨牙,分别制作近中及颊壁≥2mm的骨缺损,一侧即刻植入种植钉,并在骨缺损处植入多孔β-磷酸三钙陶瓷材料为实验组,另一侧即刻植入种植钉,但骨缺损处不加处理作为对照组,分别于术后1、2、3个月末处死动物取材,进行组织学观察。结果:组织切片染色镜下观察:到3个月时实验组骨缺损区基本被新骨充满,而空白组新骨修复仅有2/5,种植体表面有纤维包裹。结论:利用beagle犬下颌前磨牙构建的近中及颊壁≥2mm的即刻种植体-骨间的骨缺损,与临床即刻种植骨缺损相似,可作为研究即刻种植骨界面骨性结合的实验研究模型。Objective: To establish animal models with tooth defect for immediate placement of implants via the use of screws with apropriate dimensions. Methods: The third and fourth mandibular premolars of six beagels were extracted. And 2 mm long dentition defect was made on the distal medial root and the bucco erestal bone. In the meantime, placement of screws were carried out in one side of the mouth with ceramics of β-tricalcium phosphate implanted in the dentition defect area, while in the other side screws were placed without ceramics of β-tricalcium phosphate implanted, as a control group. 2 beagles were killed after 1st, 2nd and 3rd months tooth samples were gotten. Samples were dealt with hard tissue slicing. Results: Bone samples with the diameter of 4.0 mm and the length of 10.0 mm from defect areas for each time period were chosen for observation. Microscopic observation of tooth samples after hard tissue slicing, dentition defect areas were completely coverd with new bones in the experiment group, while in the control group new bone reparing area accounted for only 2/5 of the whole defect. Conclusion: Using beagle premolars in lower jaw to Construct and the immediate implant bone of defects which near, cheek wall ≥2 mm is similar to clinical implantation of bone defects, and can be used to study the synosteosis of immediate implantation-bone interface as the experimental model.
