摘 要:应用0.10~0.40kGy的60Coγ-射线对新鲜荔枝果实中的蒂蛀虫(ConopomorphasinensisBradley)幼虫进行辐射检疫处理研究判断辐照检疫处理的有效性是基于处理幼虫不能羽化为成虫作为标准概率分析结果表明,致使荔枝蒂蛀虫幼虫995%死亡的辐照剂量是0254kGy,95%置信区间是0220-0289kGy,辐照处理与低温(7℃)冷藏相结合,可提高荔枝蒂蛀虫的死亡率.对荔枝果实的营养成分分析结果表明,经020、025、030kGy辐照处理与对照组之间,其还原糖和维生素C含量无明显差异,而总酸度含量、贮藏期间坏果率则处理组比对照低60Coγ-射线既能杀死荔枝蒂蛀虫幼虫,达到检疫处理的目的。Litchi stem-end borer Conopomorpha sinessis Bardley, larvae in litchi fruits were exposed to 60 Co gamma irradiation at doses ranging from 0.10~0.40 kGy as a quarantine treatment. Criterion of effectiveness of the irradiation dose was based on preventing adults emerging from treated fruits infested with the borer larvae. Probity analysis showed that the irradiation dose confidence limits. The mortality of litchi stem-end borer larvae increased when irradiation treatment coupled with extended cool storage (7℃). The results of quality analysis indicated that with irradiation at 0.20, 0.25 and 0.30 kGy for litchi fruit, as compared with the control, reducing sugar and vitamin C contents were not significantly different while total acid content and rotten fruit rate was reduced by gamma irradiation treatment. It is certain that 60 Co gamma irradiation is a potential quarantine treatment to disinfest fruit of litchi stem-end borer larvae, and it seems to have some help to keep the quality better.
