摘　　要：以L-脯氨酸为原料,通过氨基保护、去保护等3步反应得到手性催化剂,其结构经HNMR确证,化合物4对映选择性催化直接羟醛反应,产率高达70%以上,ee值高达60%以上.In this thesis, a kind of proline-derived small molecules were synthesized in three steps from L-proline though the reaction sequence of protection, condensation, eet its chemical structures were characterized by ^1H NMR. compand 4 efficiently catalyzed the direct asymmetric aldol reaction with the yield up to 70 % and enantiomeric excess up to 60 %.
