摘　　要：目的:探讨夏天无总碱对家兔血液流变性及血小板聚集的影响。方法:测定静脉注射夏天无总碱对家兔血黏度和血小板聚集的影响。结果:夏天无总碱0.1,0.2,0.4mg/kg可显著降低家兔全血粘度、红细胞压积和红细胞聚集指数,抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸(AA)和胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集。结论:夏天无总碱具有改善家兔血液流变性,抑制血小板聚集的作用。To study the effects of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbeutis （TARCD） on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation in rabbits. Methods： Blood viscosity and platelet aggregation were measured after intravenous injection of TARCD in rabbits. Results： TARCD significantly reduced plasma and serum viscosity in rabbits, inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP, AA and collagen. Conclusion： TARCD possessed the ability of improving blood viscosity and inhibiting platelet aggregation.
