珠海市斗门区农村居民糖尿病患病情况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解珠海市斗门区农村居民糖尿病患病情况及有关影响因素,为预防控制糖尿病提供参考。方法采用分层、整群、随机相结合的方法,抽取珠海市斗门区2个镇的4个自然村,对村中所有20～74岁的家庭成员进行面对面询问调查获得人口学特征、家族史、饮食习惯、生活习惯、糖尿病认知等情况,体检获取血压、身高、体重、腰围、臀围等数据,血糖测定采用葡萄糖氧化酶法(加氟化钠)。结果共调查1134人,调查人群糖尿病患病率为7.7%,标化患病率5.9%,随着年龄的增长而上升,40岁开始增长幅度加大,60岁达到最高水平,Logistic回归分析表明糖尿病知识认知程度、中心性肥胖、糖尿病家族史、过去5年常吃橙色蔬菜、年龄是糖尿病的主要危险因素,其OR值分别为4.470、3.457、2.716、1.175、1.065。结论珠海市斗门区农村居民糖尿病患病率处于广东省较高水平,是多种因素综合作用结果,应采取有针对性的措施,重点加强控制中心性肥胖和养成良好的饮食习惯等综合防治措施。Objective To know the prevalence rate of diabetes and its risk factors in Doumen district of Zhuhai and to provide references to intervene diabetes. Methods Two towns of Doumen were sampled through stratified randomized sampling. Information of the residents including family history, diet and life habit, diabetes knowledge was collected by face - to - face interview. The data of blood pressure, height, body weight, waistline, hipline were collected by physical examination, and blood glucose were tested by glucose oxidase method. Results 1 134 residents were investigated. The general prevalence rate of diabetes was 7.7%, and standardized rate was 5.9%. It went up with the age, and reached the peak at 60 years old. Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of diabetes knowledge, abdominal obesity, diabetes heredity, habit of having orange vegetable in the last five years and age were the major risk factors of diabetes, and their odds ratios were 4. 470, 3. 457, 2. 716, 1. 175 and 1. 065, separately. Conclusion The prevalence rates of diabetes in Doumen rural area was high, and it was the result of multiple factors. The Comprehensive measures of prevention and treatment including controlling abdominal obesity and cultivating good diet habits should be taken.
