摘　　要：串珠素是组成血管壁的主要硫酸肝素蛋白多糖。许多研究表明,它在血管损伤反应过程中对平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞以及一些生长因子都有一定的特殊作用。本文就串珠素在血管损伤反应过程中的作用作一综述。Perlecan is a large heparin sulfate proteoglycan （HSPG）, which is a major component of the vessel wall. Several studies have shown that it has some specific effect on vessel injury for smooth muscle cell （SMC）, endothelial cells （ECs）and some growth factors. The role of perlecan expression during blood vessels injury is discussed in this review paper.
