摘　　要：金融危机给高校毕业生就业带来前所未有的困难,解就业之困是当前高校的首要问题;就业困难给大学生带来诸多精神和心理压力,解心理之困也是当前高校毕业生思想教育工作的重要任务。解就业之困与解心理之困同等重要。Financial crisis has brought obstacles to the employment of university graduates ever greater than before, it is the most important task to solve the employment difficulties in universities at present. As employment difficulties bring much mental and psychological pressure, it is also a vital task to solve the psychological problems in current university graduates＇ ideological education. Thus, it is of equal importance to solve the difficulties both in employment and psychology of university graduates.
