试论农村土地整理与农业现代化

摘　　要：以农村土地整理为平台实现农村农业的现代化。通过对农村土地整理存在的问题进行分析研究,引出了农业现代化对农村土地整理的新的要求,最后提出了政策建议。土地整理是实现农业现代化的前提和基础,不仅提高了土地效益的安排、调整农村经济结构,同时又增加了许多农业技术创新,促进了农业现代化的全面发展。The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to achieve the modernization of agriculture by taking the land consolidation as the platform. Research contents include analyzing problems of land consolidation, putting forward new requirements on it and finally raising correlative pohcies and suggestions. The results show that land consolidation is the prerequisite and basis of agricultural modernization in rural areas, which can not only improve land-use efficiency and adjust rural economic structure but promote technological innovation in agriculture and the comprehensive development of agricultural modernization as well.
