摘 要:目的比较不同生长季节银杏叶中总黄酮醇苷和总内酯的含量。方法采用HPLC法对样品中总黄酮醇苷和总内酯进行定量分析。结果5月份总黄酮醇苷含量最高,9月份后含量有所降低,12月份含量最低;总内酯含量以6月份为最高,8月份含量开始显著下降,12月份含量最低。结论不同季节银杏叶中总黄酮醇苷和总内酯含量差异较大,此结果为适时采收、合理开发利用银杏叶提供依据。Objective To compare the total flavonol glucoside and lactone content of folium ginkgo in different growing seasons. Methods HPLC was used for quantitative analysis of the total flavonol glucoside and the total lactone of the sample Results The concent of the total flavonol glucoside was highest in May, reducing from September and was lowest in Deeem- ber. The coneent of the total lactone was highest in June, reducing from August and was lowest in December. Coclusion There is significant difference between total flavonol glueoside and lactone content in folium ginkgo from different seasons, which can be used to provide the basis to gather folium ginkgo at the right season and reasonabe development.
