摘 要:目的观察生脉注射液对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响,探讨生脉注射液治疗高血压病的机制。方法将64例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者随机均分为2组,治疗组采用生脉注射液+苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对照组用单纯苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,于治疗前后检测患者血液中细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果治疗后2组收缩压均降到140 mmHg以下,治疗组下降更为明显;治疗后2组脉压均下降,且治疗组低于对照组;治疗前治疗组TNF-α和IL-6水平与对照组比较差异无显著性,治疗后2组TNF-α和IL-6均显著降低,但治疗组下降更为明显,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论生脉注射液结合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗能降低老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的血压,同时生脉注射液能通过调节炎性细胞因子的产生、抑制炎症反应,达到保护和修复血管内皮细胞的目的。Objective To observe the effect of pulse-activating injection on TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with isolated systolic hypertension and to study the curing mechanism of pulse-activating injection for essential hypertension. Methods Thirty-two patients with isolated systolic hypertension were treated with pulse-activating injection plus amlodipine besylate, and another 32 isolated systolic hypertension patients treated with amlodipine besylate alone were taken as contrasts. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the blood of patients were tested both before the treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results After the 8 week treatment, contractive pressure both in the patients treated with pulse-acti vating injection plus amlodipine besylate and in the patients treated merely with amlodipine besylate was lower than 140 mmHg. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the sera of the patients with isolated systolic hypertension were decreased after the treatment, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the sera of the patients with isolated systolic hypertension treated with pulse-activating injection plus amlodipine besylate decreased significantly. Conclusion There was significant effect of pulse-activating injection on patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Pulse-activating injection might restore vascular endothelial cells and have protection effect on hypertension patients via regulating the production of inflammatory cytokins and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
