摘  要:目的构建中药(TCM)红外光谱指纹图谱(IRFP)专家系统网格(ESG)(TCM-IRFP-ESG)的整体框架和推理流程。方法在系统总结概括现有文献方法和实验室试验结果的基础上,构建了TCM-IRFP-ESG知识库系统、试验方法推荐系统、试验方法优化系统和评价系统,并以中药材射干进行测试验证。结果初步构建成了TCM-IRFP-ESG,以其推荐射干药材IRFP试验方法并测试建立其IRFP。结论TCM-IRFP-ESG能够智能化指导建立TCM-IRFP和有效促进信息共享,避免资源浪费。Objective To construct the whole frame and inference flow structure of the traditional Chinese medicine IR fingerprints expert system grid (TCM-IRFP-ESG). Methods The knowledge base, recommendation, optimization, and evaluation of the TCM-IRFP-ESG were established on the base of summarization the literatures and experiment results, which were verified by Rhizoma Belamcandae IRFP establishment. Results The TCM-IRFP-ESG had already been set up. Meanwhile, the 10 batches of Rhizoma Belamcandae IRFP were established by the experimental methods recommended by TCM-IRFP-ESG. Conclusion TCM-IRFP-ESG can artificially and intelligently guide the establishment of the TCM-IRFP and efficiently promote the sharing of IRFP information and avoid resource waste.
