摘　　要：航空摄影涉及国家安全和利益。本文对航空摄影的本质进行了分析,论证了其实质上是测绘活动。在此基础上根据我国的有关法律法规,对测绘部门的航空摄影实施统一监管的主要内容进行梳理,并对强化航空摄影统一监管的基本思路进行了初步探讨。Aerial photogrammetry is related to state safety and benefit.The paper demonstrated that aerial photogrammetry is a kind of surveying-and-mapping activities.And according to the laws of our country,the paper listed the main content that the surveying-and-mapping departments have responsibility to administrate,and explored the way to improve the administration of aerial photogrammetry.
