摘  要:目的了解大学生网络成瘾现状,分析其影响因素,为采取有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取我校一至四年级部分在校大学生进行匿名问卷调查,运用SAS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷1766份,有131人网络成瘾,发生率为7.4%,男生网络成瘾的发生率高于女生,一年级新生低于高年级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);母亲文化程度、家庭和睦与否、父母对上网的态度等家庭因素以及大学生每天上网时间、通宵上网、逃课上网、上网玩游戏、逛论坛等上网行为与大学生网络成瘾的发生有关联。结论大学生网络成瘾发生率较高,其发生与家庭因素及学生自身上网行为关系密切,其防治应由学校、家庭及大学生共同努力。Objective To investigate the status of internet addiction disorder (IAD) among college students and analyze its influential factors in order to provide baseline data for taking interventional actions. Methods A stratified and cluster random sampling of college students from grade one to grade four in our school were surveyed with a self - administered questionnaire anonymously. Chi square test were employed to analyze the related factors by using SAS. Results 1766 effective questionnaires were retrieved, and 131 students were defined as internet addicts. The prevalence rate of IAD was 7.4%. It was higher in males than in females, with a significant difference (P 〈0. 05), and it was lower in grade one students than in higher grade, with a significant difference (P 〈0. 001 ). Analysis showed that the related factors for IAD were family factors such as the educational background of mother, whether the family is amicable, attitudes toward internet use by parents and on -line behaviors of students such as the time spent on - line every day, on - line all night, truancy for on - line, playing games on - line, and talking on forum on - line. Conclusion IAD among college students is not rare, factors such as the family the students come from and the on - line behaviors of students are associated with IAD.
